Collecting Pop Tabs
Each semester the sisters collect as many pop tabs as possible to donate to the Ronald McDonald House for Childhood Cancer. Because of the high quality aluminum in pop tabs, they are actually more valuable than the entire pop can. It takes 1,276 pop tabs to equal one pound and it takes 29 pounds of pop tabs in order to cover the cost for one family to stay one night in the Ronald McDonald house. Just a few of these facts demonstrate how important it is to collect these pop tabs.
